Meet Karen …

“Outside of my counseling practice, I enjoy thrifting, spending time with Bailey and Kiwi (my dog and bird!), and attending concerts!”

Growing up as a first-generation daughter of Mexican immigrants and being a sensitive, neurodivergent child, I often felt different. This inspired me to embark on a career in mental health, aiming to become a beacon of safety and support for those who, like me, are searching for a sense of belonging and understanding.

I offer individual therapy to adults of all ages, with a special focus on BIPOC women from immigrant backgrounds. I’m a guide, not an expert—my purpose is to help you explore how your environment and upbringing have shaped your present so you can create a better future.
