Dr. Cristina Bautista, PsyD, LMFT

Meet Cristina ...

“I have a second house in Cancun, Mexico, that I treasure. We lived there for 2.5 years during the pandemic!”

My journey as a Marine Veteran, Veteran’s wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend has shaped my therapy approach and allowed me to serve with compassion. I support adults and couples of all ethnicities and cultures, and I’m skilled in working with Catholics, Christians, and the Veteran community.  My specialities are helping latinos with intergenerational trauma and inner-child work and college students and professionals with ADD/ADHD.

I aim to help you process distressing experiences, regulate your emotions, improve your relationships, and adopt healthy strategies to find ease. Whether you are struggling with trauma, ADHD, substance use, or other challenges, I’m here to encourage you to reclaim your life.
