Erna Castrejon Mills, LMFT

Meet Erna ...

“Outside of counseling, I enjoy cooking, learning all about nutrition, and researching holistic approaches to improving one’s health.”

After working several years in law enforcement, I found my calling in marriage and family therapy. I leverage my government background, life experiences, and skills as an English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher to serve diverse populations in a meaningful way.

I offer individual, family, and group therapy to English and Spanish speakers in highly demanding careers (e.g., law enforcement officers, active military, Veterans, first responders, health practitioners, lawyers, techies, and entrepreneurs), as well as elderly adults and families with older/high-school-aged children. I’m here to help you navigate past wounds and present challenges to achieve the future you desire.
