Our teletherapy group is experienced in diverse approaches, including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT), the Gottman method, and certified sex addiction therapist (CSAT) tools. We integrate different modalities according to your needs and objectives while staying open to learning skills that will better serve you.

Step 1: Book a free consultation

We’ll get to know each other, discuss your needs, and explain our logistics. Bring all your questions and concerns, and we’ll give you some answers!

Step 2: Start therapy

If we are a good fit, we’ll schedule your first online appointment. During this session, we’ll assess your needs and prepare a treatment plan catered to your goals.

Step 3: Embark on a journey

We’ll have regular online sessions on a telehealth platform. The path might be rocky at times, but we’ll support you, monitor your progress, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Step 4: Find fulfillment

We’ll collaborate to determine the length and frequency of therapy. Once you feel fulfilled, we can finalize treatment—but our doors will always remain open for you!

Scared of online sessions being too dry?

Online therapy is as effective as in-person therapy. It provides the opportunity to explore, share, and connect with a mental health specialist in a private virtual space. Simply find a quiet and comfortable spot and make it your own—grab a blanket, sip your favorite beverage, and cuddle up with your furry friend. This is your time!
